Use magnetic hooks on your refrigerator to hold measuring spoons and cups. I have two sets of measuring spoons for easier use and they each have their own hook.
Baking soda is great for cleaning stainless steel. Once cleaned with soap and sponge like usual, with the pan still wet but not actually holding much water, use a tablespoon or so and scrub with the sponge. The baking soda acts as a fine abrasive to scrub away anything stuck on without damaging the stainless steel.
An old credit or gift card makes a great scraper for cleaning anything that would stick to your sponge or brush, such as cheese. They’re flexible but firm without scratching.
