- Lime juicer. You can use a spoon if you don’t have a juicer. The curve of the spoon helps follow the curve of the peel to smash every bit of fruit and release the juice.
Ingredients
- 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- 2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
- 3 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 of one red onion, chopped
- Juice of 1/2 of one lime
Prep
- Chop the tomatoes
- Chop the jalapenos
- Chop the cilantro
- Chop the red onion
- Slice the lime in half.
Instructions
- Combine
- Mix thoroughly
- Refrigerate for 4-24 hours before serving
Notes
- If you’re using a juicer with a hinge and a round part that holds the lime, the cut part of the lime should face DOWN, toward the holes.
- Swim goggles have always been 100% effective for me at blocking onion crying.
